Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and orders placed with 24hr Sign and Print ("we", "us"), based at Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Rivonia, Sandton. If your written quote contains different terms for a specific job, the quote applies to that job. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

Quotes are written, are based on the information you give us and are valid as stated on the quote. If the specification, quantity or artwork changes, the quote may change. Deposits and payment terms are as stated on your quote. Production is scheduled once artwork is approved and payment is arranged as the quote requires. We may hold an order until payment terms are met.

You are responsible for checking and approving artwork, including spelling, contact details, colours, sizes and placement. Work produced to approved artwork is produced as approved. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, images and text you supply, and you are responsible for any claim arising from their use. We may decline artwork we believe infringes rights or is unlawful.

Turnaround times, including same-day, 24-hour and rush work, are estimates and not guarantees. They depend on capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Colours may vary slightly between screens, proofs, materials and print methods. Minor variances in cutting, positioning and material are normal in print and signage production.

Please tell us about changes as early as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or may carry costs for work and materials already committed. Custom-made items are generally made to your specification and may not be returnable unless faulty, subject to your statutory rights.

Orders are collected from our Rivonia shop once we confirm they are ready, or delivered as arranged and quoted. Please inspect goods on collection or delivery and report any problem promptly. Risk passes to you on collection, or on delivery to the address or courier you nominate. Installation, where quoted, is subject to site access and conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as missed events or lost profit.
