Cap branding for teams, events and giveaways

Caps are one of the most practical branded items because they are worn outdoors, in public and for hours at a time. We quote on caps for construction and security teams, delivery crews, schools and clubs, golf days, marketing activations and staff gifts.

Choosing between a basic cotton cap, a mesh-back trucker or a structured corporate cap usually comes down to who wears it and where. Options we can quote include direct embroidery on the cap front, side or back, and printed transfers where a stitched logo is not suitable. The right choice depends on the logo and the cap panel.

• Embroidery: the classic option for solid logos and lettering; raised, durable and professional.
• Transfer or DTF-style print: better for multi-colour detail that would be difficult to stitch; confirm on quote whether it suits the cap fabric.
• Placement: front panel is standard, with side and back additions often used for slogans or web addresses.

Curved and seamed panels limit how large and how detailed a logo can be, so we advise on size before you commit.

Send your logo as vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or CDR) if possible. A clear, high-resolution PNG can also work. For embroidery, the logo is digitised into a stitch file, and small text must be large enough to stitch legibly.

• State the cap colour and style, and thread or ink colours for the logo.
• Keep the front design compact; caps give less room than a shirt chest.
• Light logos on dark caps and the reverse usually read best.

If you have a deadline, say so in the first message. Fast turnaround may be possible depending on capacity, cap availability, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, and we confirm it on the quote rather than assuming. New logos need digitising or setup first, which adds time, so sending artwork early helps most.

Collect from our shop in Rivonia Central, Oriental City, once we confirm the order is ready. Delivery is quoted per job. Check the cap count, colours and logo placement when you collect.
