Our process
How ordering works, from brief to collection
Urgent jobs run smoothly when you know how ordering works. Here is exactly how an order moves through our shop, and where you can speed things up by having the right information ready.
- Clear steps
- Written quote first
- Proof before production
- Collect or deliver

How ordering works: briefing us properly
A good brief answers five questions: what is it, how many, what size and material, what artwork exists, and when is it needed? If the deadline is tied to an event or submission, say so, because it helps us decide which production route to use.
Signage and vehicle jobs benefit from photos and measurements. Clothing jobs need sizes and quantities. See the quote page for a job-by-job checklist.
Proofs and approval
Before production we confirm the artwork with you. Check spelling, phone numbers, colours, sizes and placement carefully, because once approved artwork is printed, it is printed as approved. If files need work, we tell you what is wrong and what it will take to fix, with any design time quoted separately. Our artwork guidelines help you get it right the first time.
Production and collection
Same-day, 24-hour and rush work is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. The fastest results come from approved files, a clear quantity and prompt payment. When your job is ready we let you know; please wait for that confirmation before travelling to collect. Details are on delivery and collection.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a quote take?
It depends on the complexity of the job and how complete your brief is. A clear brief with artwork speeds things up. Tell us your deadline so we can prioritise.
When does production start?
Once artwork is approved and payment is arranged as stated on your quote, we schedule production.
Can I see a proof?
We confirm artwork with you before production. The form of proof depends on the product, and we explain it on the quote.
What if I need changes mid-way?
Tell us immediately. Changes before production are simple; once production has started they may affect cost and timing.
