What we collect
- Quote forms: name, phone number, email address, job details and any artwork files you upload.
- On-site chat: the messages you send and any contact details you share.
- Site analytics: technical and usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected by analytics plugins.
- Security data: IP addresses and request logs used to block abuse and spam.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver orders, answer questions, keep our website secure and improve it. Our basis is that processing is necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. Where consent is required, such as for non-essential cookies, we ask for it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and business: our hosting and website platform, analytics and security tools (Complianz, WP Statistics, Burst Statistics, Visitors Traffic Real Time Statistics, Wordfence, Akismet), and Google Fonts for font delivery. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep quote and order information for as long as needed to serve you, handle follow-up and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Uploaded artwork is stored in private storage that is not publicly listed, and the site uses SSL encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your job.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email info@24hrsignandprint.co.za and we will respond. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information has been mishandled.

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
