Send your requirements through the quote form, chat, WhatsApp or in the shop. We reply with a written quote, and once you approve it and artwork, we schedule production.

Often for suitable jobs, but never automatically. It depends on capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, all of which we confirm on your quote.

It reflects our focus on fast turnaround. It does not mean we are open around the clock or that every job is finished within 24 hours.

Send it anyway. We will explain what needs fixing and can clean up or rebuild it. Design time is quoted separately.

Payment terms are stated on your quote. Production is scheduled once artwork is approved and payment is arranged as the quote describes.

Each quote states its own validity. Ask us to reconfirm if you are returning to an older quote.

Yes, from our Rivonia shop. Wait for our confirmation that it is ready, and call or WhatsApp before you travel.

Delivery can be arranged and is quoted per job. Ask when you request your quote.

Tell us as early as possible. Before production starts, changes are usually straightforward. After that, they may affect cost and timing.

Many products can be quoted in small quantities. Tell us what you need and we will say what is practical.

Yes, large orders can be quoted. Give us the quantity and deadline early so we can plan capacity.

We work from your artwork and can discuss colour references. Some variance between screen and print or between materials is normal; we explain the options on the quote.
