Document printing for meetings and submissions

Common document jobs

We quote on tender and submission packs, board and meeting packs, proposals, training manuals, course notes, reports and presentation handouts. Many of these have fixed deadlines, such as a tender closing time, so the plan matters as much as the printing.

For polished, branded output, you may want presentation folders; for longer printed pieces, see booklets.

Paper, colour and finishing

Options we can quote include colour or black-and-white printing, single or double-sided sheets, a heavier cover sheet, and finishing such as stapling, binding or collating into sets. Ask us about the best combination for your document: a plain stapled set may be perfect for an internal meeting, while a client-facing proposal deserves a cover and a bound edge. Confirm all specifications on the quote.

Preparing your files

PDF is the safest format because it locks in layout, fonts and images. If you send Word, PowerPoint or Excel files, page breaks and fonts may shift between computers, so convert to PDF and check the page order before sending. Mark which pages are colour and which are black and white if you want to manage cost. For tender packs, tell us the order and any tabbing or sectioning you want.

Timing for fixed-deadline jobs

Document jobs depend on page count, quantity, finishing and the speed of your approval. Rush turnaround is subject to capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. For tender submissions, allow time for checking and travel. Share the submission time and we will help you plan back from it.
