Presentation folders for proposals, tenders and onboarding

Folders organise documents and set the tone. Typical uses include sales proposals, tender submissions, onboarding packs for new staff or clients, insurance and property packs, school and academy enrolment packs, and delegate packs for conferences.

Options we can quote include single-pocket and double-pocket folders, with a business card slot cut into one pocket, and a spine for thicker packs.

• Size: A4 is standard; confirm other sizes on quote.
• Stock: a rigid board that holds its shape; confirm weight on quote.
• Finish: matt or gloss lamination, and spot UV or foil where available.
• Cut and fold: pockets are die-cut and folded to a template; custom cuts may need extra setup.

Folders print flat and then fold, so artwork must follow a template showing the front, back, spine, pockets and card slot.

• Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or CDR) with a 3 mm bleed.
• Keep text away from folds and the card slot.
• Use CMYK colours, and give Pantone references if brand colours matter.

Folders are printed, finished, die-cut and folded, so they take longer than flat print. Timing depends on capacity, stock, quantity, die availability, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline, and we confirm it on the quote.
