Delivery and collection

Collections are from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, Oriental City, on the corner of Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, opposite Newscafe Rivonia. Please wait until we confirm your order is ready, then call or WhatsApp to confirm before you travel. Bring your quote reference or the name the order was placed under.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance who they are.

Delivery is not automatic and not priced on this site. If you want your order delivered, ask when you request the quote. We confirm the arrangement and cost for that specific job, based on what is being delivered and where it needs to go. Large items such as banners, boards and signs may need particular handling.

Some signage jobs, such as shopfront signs and vehicle wraps, involve fitting. Where installation is part of your quote, we agree access, site conditions and timing with you beforehand. Installation is quoted per job and depends on the sign type, location and site readiness.

We pack work to protect it in transit, using what suits each product, such as tubes for posters or boxes for cards and garments. Please inspect your order when you collect or receive it and tell us immediately if something is wrong, so we can resolve it quickly. Mention any damage visible on delivery.

Rush turnaround depends on capacity, job size, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Add transport time to your plan, and for event deadlines build in a buffer. Our planning guide shows how to work backwards from your date.
