Custom event wristbands that control access and carry your brand

Wristbands are quicker to check than paper tickets and harder to pass on once fitted. Event organisers use them for festivals, expos, school sports days, church and community gatherings, private parties, corporate functions and members-only venues.

Different colours can mark different access levels, such as general entry, VIP, crew or all-day pass. A branded wristband also doubles as a souvenir and a small sponsor placement. For delegate badges, see branded lanyards.

Options we can quote include printed fabric and polyester wristbands, tamper-evident bands, silicone bands and paper or synthetic single-use bands. The right one depends on how long it is worn and how secure it needs to be.

• Single-use security bands: a lock or adhesive closure makes them hard to remove and reuse, suited to ticketed or age-restricted events.
• Fabric bands: comfortable for multi-day events and can carry detailed logos.
• Silicone bands: durable, reusable and popular as branded giveaways.
• Numbering and codes: sequential numbers or codes can be quoted where the method allows.

Confirm exact materials and finishes on the quote.

Wristbands give very little space, so the design has to be simple. Keep to a logo, event name or date, and a high-contrast colour pair.

• Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or CDR) if possible.
• Tell us the wristband width and length if you have a preference.
• Give colour choices for the band and the print.
• If different access levels need different bands, list each colour and quantity.

Quote your expected attendance plus a small buffer for spoilage and late arrivals. Large events may need several band colours and numbering, which affect setup.

Timing depends on the band type, stock, capacity, approved artwork, payment and a confirmed deadline. Fast turnaround may be possible for simple designs, and we confirm it on the quote. Please give us the event date when you first get in touch so we can tell you whether it is realistic.

Collect from our shop at Rivonia Central, Oriental City, once we confirm your order is ready. Delivery is quoted per job. Count the bands on collection.
