What to include for an accurate quote
The more precise the brief, the faster and more accurate the quote. Here is what helps for each type of job:
- Printed items: product, finished size, quantity, paper or material, single or double sided, finish such as lamination or spot UV.
- Clothing: garment type, colours, sizes and quantities per size, print or embroidery positions, and the logo files.
- Banners and flags: size, material, single or double sided, fixings or stands, and where it will be used.
- Signage and vehicles: a photo of the wall, shopfront or vehicle, rough dimensions, lighting needs and whether installation is required.
Always include your deadline and whether it is fixed, such as an event date, or flexible.
The more detail you give, the faster we can send an accurate print quote.
Uploading your artwork
The form accepts PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD, CDR and ZIP files. You can attach up to 5 files of 25 MB each. Print-ready PDF or vector files give the quickest route to production. If you only have a low-resolution image, send it anyway and we will advise. Read the artwork guidelines to avoid delays.
After you submit
We review the brief and artwork, then send a written quote, usually with questions if anything is unclear. Quotes state their own validity and payment terms. Once you accept, we confirm artwork approval, payment and the delivery or collection plan before production is scheduled. Prefer to talk it through? Quotes are written and sent after you share your requirements. Any charge for design work, if needed, is quoted separately before we start.
Can I request a rush job through this form?
Yes. State your deadline clearly. We confirm what is possible against capacity, job size, approved artwork and payment.
What if my artwork is not ready?
Submit the brief anyway. We can advise on fixing files or quote design time separately.
Can I change my order after quoting?
Tell us as early as possible. Changes before production are easy to accommodate; later changes may affect cost and timing.
